Inspiring Change, Strengthening Communities

  • At Life in Recovery, our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide peer-based recovery support services that help individuals reclaim their lives and thrive in their communities. We believe that recovery is not just about overcoming addiction but about building a fulfilling life full of purpose, connection, and hope.

  • We are driven by the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to live a life of dignity, free from stigma and barriers to recovery. Our organization exists to bridge the gap between individuals in recovery and the support systems they need—whether that’s through advocacy, community engagement, mental health support, or simply being there as a trusted peer.

  • Life in Recovery understands that true recovery goes beyond the absence of substance use. It involves healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. That's why we offer a range of services that address the various aspects of life impacted by addiction, from mental health and family dynamics to employment readiness and housing.

We meet individuals where they are, offering personalized care, and walk alongside them throughout their entire journey.

    • Peer Support: We believe in the power of lived experience. Our team consists of peers who have walked the path of recovery and are here to support others in doing the same.

    • Compassion: Recovery is hard, and we lead with empathy and understanding at every step.

    • Community: No one recovers alone. We create spaces for individuals to connect, share, and grow together as part of a supportive community.

    • Inspiration: We help individuals build the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to not just survive but thrive in recovery.

  • At Life in Recovery, we are more than a recovery organization—we are a community dedicated to making a lasting impact. We believe in the transformative power of recovery and are committed to helping individuals not only overcome addiction but also build a brighter future for themselves and those around them.

  • Whether you’re in recovery yourself or supporting a loved one through their recovery, we invite you to be part of our mission. Together, we can create a world where recovery is possible for everyone.

One of the hardest things to accept was that I was worth recovery.
